Vacuum Sealers

A vauum sealing machine or vacuum packaging machine uses suction to remove oxygen (and therefore eliminating bacterial growth) and other potential contaminants before applying a heat seal. The machine places items in a plastic package film, surgically syphons out all air, and then seals the opening with heat sealing. To preseverve freshness, shrink films are also used for an even tighter pack.

Application for a Vacuum packaging machine is mainly mainly to package and store food and edible goods in a fresh condition for the maximum amount of time. Vacuum packers (or vacuum packaging machinery) provide the best possible method of preserving food without any chemicals by surgically sucking air out of the package before sealing the ends of the bag. Flexible air pressure settings allow different product density requirements to be accommodated.
