Rotary Wrappers
Rotary wrappers, also called orbital or spiral wrappers, carry film around a product as it travels through a rotating ring. The product stays aligned on its conveyor or supports while overlapping turns of film wrap around its length. The machines in this range are designed for long profiles rather than pallet loads; the CL-R3030 has an adjustable ring centre to suit compatible product dimensions.
They are used to bundle and secure long items for handling and transport, with the film helping to hold the pack together and protect surfaces from scuffing. Typical applications include suitably sized aluminium or plastic extrusions, timber mouldings, metal sections and grouped profiles. Product dimensions, weight, support requirements and film choice must be checked for the machine; sharp edges or delicate finishes may need protective packing before wrapping.
