Pouch Fill and Seal Machines Pouch fill and seal machines are used to fill pouches with a predetermined quantity of products and then sealing it using heat.

Mechanism
Products can be horizontally or vertically filled in the pouch. Pouches are fed into the machines in a line, filled with required products. Flow of air is blown into the pouch from one end and it is sealed from the other to ensure the inflation of the pouch.

These machines are either manual or semi/fully automated. These machines are used for dry products such as granules and powders; viscous or thick products and also liquid products. Can be used for large food service pouches with zippers or stand up sealed pouches.
